Returns If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 7 days for replacement or a full refund. Our returns policy for replacement or refund of your order covers faulty workmanship, goods damaged in transit or incorrect print(s) supplied. We will also consider refunds for prints ordered and received but no longer required. Returns procedure 1. Send an email to webenquiry@jeeclay.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for the return. 2. As soon as we receive your return notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us. 3. Once we receive your returned order, we will process a refund or replacement order. Please Note:. • Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging. • The JeeClay '7 day guarantee' does not apply to any business customers. • We cannot refund shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
